Open Question: Could you please critique our first trip to England itinerary?

In April we'll be on our first ever trip to England. Down below is a *possible* itinerary that includes Manchester -- for sentimental reasons -- and the Harry Potter Tour due to the wishes of an eight year old. I am willing to change much of the itinerary based on your ideas to improve travel logistics or change places of interest. However, Manchester must be included as well as the Harry Potter Tour originating in London. Everything else I am leaving open for criticism in order to seek improvements.
